  • Structure: It usually consists of main components such as the valve body, valve core, valve stem, and handle. The valve body is generally made of metal materials to ensure its strength and sealing performance. The valve core is a key component for controlling the refrigerant flow, and materials that are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, such as copper alloys or stainless steel, are commonly used. The valve stem is used to connect the valve core and the handle. By rotating the handle, the valve stem rotates, thus realizing the opening and closing action of the valve core. The handle is usually circular or square for easy operation, and there may be scales or markings on it to indicate the opening degree of the valve.
  • Working Principle: By rotating the handle to drive the movement of the valve stem and the valve core, the size of the gap between the valve core and the valve seat is changed, thereby controlling the flow area of the refrigerant, and further regulating the flow and pressure of the refrigerant. When the handle is rotated clockwise, the valve core gradually closes, and the refrigerant flow decreases; when rotated counterclockwise, the valve core gradually opens, and the refrigerant flow increases.

    • Function

      • Globe Valve: This is one of the most common types of refrigeration manual valves. The globe valve has good sealing performance and can completely cut off the flow of the refrigerant.
