Application Scenarios for Forced-Draft Cooling Tower with Bottom Fans

The core feature of forced-draft cooling tower is that the fan is located at the bottom of the equipment. It draws in air from below through "forced draft", pressurizes it, and blows it upward through the heat exchange coils and spray area (air flow direction: bottom → top).

   Outdoor environments with strong winds: Bottom air inlets are easily disturbed by crosswinds, causing airflow turbulence and reducing heat exchange efficiency (additional wind deflectors need to be installed).
